The alert message:
Updating the database and the map service MarinBunnsedimenterWMS/MarineBottomSedimentsWMS will cause the map layer "Bunnsedimenter (kornstørrelse) sokkelkart"/"Grain size_shelf map" (LAYER NAME = Kornstorrelse_Sokkel) to be removed from the service. Large parts of the Norwegian continental shelf and the Barents Sea now have data coverage of more detailed and updated data, and the Shelf Map from 1991 (Vorren, Vassmyr) is outdated. The data itself is taken care of in the marine geological database and can be ordered at NGU (marinedata@ngu.no).
