Ocean forecasts for the Nordic Seas (daily means)

Dataset

Definition: MET Norway's operational ocean model ROMS is run on a 4 km polar-stereographic grid covering the Nordic Seas. The model is run twice daily with atmospheric forcing from ECMWF 0.125 deg, vertical boundary conditions from UKMO FOAM, and tides from TPXO 7.2, to provide forecasts to +240 hrs. This specific dataset provides daily mean information at various depths in the ocean.
