Definition: The dataset defines an area for the scope of the Act of 6 June 2009, no. 35 on natural areas in Oslo and nearby communities ("Markaloven"), which came into force on 1 September 2009. The scope of this Act is established in the regulation of 4 September 2015, no. 1032 on adjustment of the boundaries of natural areas in Oslo and nearby communities establishes the geographical scope of the "Markaloven" Act with associated maps.
