Cultural heritage - Fire contagion area

The dataset covers areas where there is a particularily great risk of fire contagion as defined by the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection in cooperation with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage. Listed wooden buildings environments where there is a risk that fire in one building spreads to the other buildings.

Usage

The main objective of the listings is to prevent irreplaceable loss of national cultural heritage values through increased awareness of these potential fire contagion areas. The dataset is suitable for identifying vulnerable densely built areas of cultural historical significance. The dataset provides a better overview of these kinds of valuable areas while working with zoning and building plans.
